Jarrett Payne, attorney and founder of NW Venture Law, PLLC, not only has Fortune 100 corporate experience, but also has been a part of and advised many start-ups and small businesses. He understands what it takes to make a business successful and what legal issues to watch out for. His experience in guiding companies to more sustainable business practices has helped his clients and the companies he worked for reap social, environmental, and economic results.
Jarrett has over 11 years of experience drafting and negotiating multi-million dollar transactions including: government contracts, procurement contracts, sales contracts, intellectual property licenses, and joint venture agreements for a $60 billion a year company. His international experience includes living outside the U.S. for 10 years, working with companies and clients from many different countries, and travelling extensively through Asia, Australia, Europe and North and South America.
