NW Venture Law firmly believes in delivering value to its clients. We offer flat fees where practical to do so and strive to do work efficiently so as to keep your legal issue within your budget. You won’t find Picasso paintings in our waiting room or penthouse views from our offices, but you will find a highly experienced staff eager to assist you in your matter.
Our Logo
Our logo represents an arrow sign used to announce the launch of a new business. The arrow makes a series of right turns in a continuous loop signifying how we guide our clients to the right decisions that have lasting effects. The colors represent an important part of the firm's roots in the northwest, those of a juvenile orca (killer whale): black, white, and orange; fitting colors given that NW Venture Law was founded in the Northwest to help businesses in their infancy through full maturity.
Sustainable Law Practice®
Sustainable Law Practice® is an initiative for NW Venture Law’s goal of providing its clients legal advice in light of all the stakeholders and not just the shareholders. The firm believes this approach benefits its clients by making better informed decisions about their business or legal issue. It is also in line with the Rules of Professional Conduct which encourages attorneys to provide advice which encompasses more than the just the letter of the law.
